Wheewwww busy Sunday morning! If you're visiting from out of town don't be afraid to ask other patrons for help because the service here is wild! Delicious food though. There's about 4 different lines inside of a really small space and the only line that's visually specified is for food delivery service. The lines move quickly, you just need to make sure you're in the right one. Also be sure the listen attentively when waiting for your order to be called. Very culturally rich, authentic food and a decent variety. I'll be running, but this time I'll have a better idea for what to expect.

I've heard a lot of talk about this place so I decided to try it out, they did not disappoint. The curry chicken was really good with potatoes. The spinach is good and seasoned. They are always crowded but the service is fast. I will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu. The major problem is parking.

Food is amazing! I always order takeout so I'm not sure about customer service. From the oxtail roti to the doubles or curry shrimp or bbq chicken, I mean SERIOUSLY! Everything is finger licking good. They give you healthy servings and the price is fair. This spot was recommended by a friend and I've frequently ordered from here since.

I drive all the way from Manhattan to here for their doubles and aloo pies. They are so freaking good and I'm so happy I found this place!! Everything is seasoned to perfection and the meats are cooked well. I really love the curry goat and oxtails here. The curry chicken is tender, but the beef is a little on the drier side. The most addicting part of the aloo pie to me is the texture. The dough is so airy but at the same time has a really satisfying chew when you bite into it. The contrast of the spices from the meat and the aloo with the acidic chutney make for the perfect bite through. Their paratha roti is also astonishingly good. I don't know how they make it so big and flakey, but it also has the same addicting chewy texture once you bite into it. It's better than any path paratha I've had at Indian, Malaysian, or Burmese restaurants I've been to and I've definitely never seen it in California. The service is nothing special, but the line moves quick. I'll definitely be back!!

As a fellow Trinidadian myself, I highly recommend trinciti roti shop for incredible doubles and aloo pie. They had the perfect amount of spice and lots of flavor. We also tried the curry goat roti wrap and it was pretty good but not the best curry I've had. I would definitely make another trip back to trinciti when I'm in Queens, NY!

Been following this location on IG for some time and finally got to try them out. Happened to be getting fresh coconut water next door when I realized this place was its neighbor! Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, decent line inside but nothing out of the ordinary based on what I've seen on social media. They have signs all over warning line cutters and with directions of how to order. Since it was a Saturday, I knew I was going to try their Bake & Shark which they only offer on weekends. $18 for this sandwich and it is sweet, tangy, spicy, fishy goodness. Made with the roti they use for doubles. Filled with sliced pineapple, tomato, lettuce, red cabbage, fried shark and sauces. Also ordered 2 shrimp doubles, with everything and spicy, and a slice of their cassava cake. Each double is $3.50 and the cake $5. They take cash or card, expect taxes and a card fee if you pay by card. Total came to just under $34. The cassava cake is delicious, sweet but not overly sweet and dense/moist. The doubles is filled with chickpeas, Mango, cucumber, pepper sauce, potato and shrimp. Also a winner. They have a variety of options for their doubles, ranging from $2-$4. They have aloo pies, prices ranging based on the protein you choose. They have breads and cakes to choose from at the register and by the line. Prices ranging $3 and up. Typical Caribbean food options and better come prepared to know what you want because they are busy and look to move their line smooth and quick. When you pay for the Bake & Shark, they give you a ticket and you wait on the side for your order. There was some confusion at the register with my order and also confusion with the shrimp doubles I got. But ended up coming out with everything just as I requested. I plan to return for more of that cassava cake and those doubles!

Best doubles hands down! I usually make my way to Brooklyn for doubles but I was flying in from JFK and found this on yelp and I'm so glad I did! They have all kinds of doubles from veggie to curry goat. The flavors are phenomenal! I like to get like to get my doubles with everything, all the sauces (tamarind, chutneys, pepper sauce). Be careful with the pepper sauce if you not really about that spice life lol. They have other food options as well such as roti, regular plates with rice n peas, bake n shark etc. This is a takeout spot only. It's cafeteria style and you order as you move through the line. It is a lil fast paced and might be intimidating if you don't really know what you want. So before you reach the counter check out the menu and make. decision and be prepared to speak up!
